🩵 “Day 10: this is the 3rd consecutive day that my husband has NOT been misplacing his things (phone, wallet, glasses, keys, water bottle). That has been an EVERY day thing all throughout the day, for months now.
AND he’s not “looping” in these last three days.
He has several stories in his head that he has been bringing up every single day for a while. Each of these stories involves someone he says is furious with him. In the early stages of this I tried to reason with him, “that doesn’t sound like something L would do” - but now I fully understand that’s not the way to handle it. It’s been very sad and upsetting because he would repeat it exactly.....each time.
BUT, not in the last three days! In fact, one of the looping-stories had a breakthrough. He said he needs to get some info from K Prior to that, the “loop-story” every day was that K dropped this project in his lap..... now it’s different, and in a good way.
Okay that’s a long story but I’m really excited as I am seeing breakthroughs that are absolutely patch-related. Nothing else has changed.”

🥗 Ok you guys….I’m definitely making this! Recipe inspo from Epicure. This would be PERFECT for Easter Brunch! BTW, if you’ve not tried this Creamy Ranch Dressing yet, DO!! It’s so good! You can browse through the 🔗 in the cmts.👇🏻
🥗 RECIPE:
Creamy Ranch Protein Bowl
1 can chickpeas
1 cup cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup feta
1/3 cup red onion
1 cup cooked yams
A few handfuls of mixed greens
2 tbsp Epicure Creamy Ranch seasoning
½ cup mayo
½ cup greek yogurt
⅓ cup milk.
Add all salad ingredients to a bowl. In separate bowl make dressing. Whisk together creamy ranch seasoning with mayo, greek yoghurt and milk. Pour over the salad and give it a good toss.

I love the story behind how this company came to be. Tonia and Hatem are both so genuine and quirky. So here’s their story! This is written in Tonia’s words, who is the Founder and President at Sipology by Steeped Tea!
“This company is proof that a single cup of tea can change your life.
In the summer of 2007, I suffered a painful miscarriage and traveled to Nova Scotia, Canada, to grieve. While I was there, I had a my first ever cup of loose-leaf Early Grey de la Crème tea, and for the first time in weeks, I felt better. I loved everything about it; the smell, the appearance and the taste!
I needed to share, not only this wonderful tea, but how it made me feel, so I brought a bunch home and hosted tea party after tea party. My friends and family all loved it too! I developed the idea for Steeped Tea – now Sipology - and the parties became so popular that our first consultant joined in 2007, and she’s still with us today.
As the business grew, so did our family. I had my daughter a few years later, and my second a few years after that.
Then, in 2012, when I was pregnant with my son, we pitched the business on Dragon’s Den (the Canadian version of Shark Tank.) The dragons were so inspired by the idea that a single cup of tea can empower people, that it ignited a bidding war. In the end, we accepted a generous offer from dragons Jim Treliving and David Chilton, and the business took off from there!
