Everyday each of us have an opportunity to teach and learn from each other and that comes from the basic understanding that we all see life, our experiences and realities, differently. Each one of us have unique patterns and conditions from our past that have shaped the way we perceive what happens in our lives. Knowing this can change the way we respond to others involved in our shared realities and experiences. Changing and becoming aware of our perceptions and others can help create a beautiful life that we want to live. ❤️🙏🏻✨

I’ve completed everything that I was suppose to heal in MN this past weekend in Pipestone. I revisited a very sacred place from a very monumental spiritual point in a past life of mine. During this previous past life, I lived out a “Romeo & Juliet” story line but it took place on the Great Plains of Native American land. I was a young Native American woman from the Rosebud Souix Tribe and I was in love with a young Native American man from an opposing tribe. We fell in love, but hid this love due to the polarity of the tribes. And thru Divine intervention our elders recognized the Divine Union we had together and allowed us to ceremonially come together in Pipestone MN where all tribes gathered to come together in peace. This story had a happy ending unlike the fate of Romeo & Juliet. This love was amazing and I hope that everyone can someday have the same! So I have acknowledged a very hard lesson in this lifetime. I am presented with finding that same love story but instead of looking for it externally from myself, I have to find it within myself! I have to find the balance my masculine and feminine energies. Now I can recognize that I don’t need to attach myself to anything or anyone to receive or give love. I AM LOVE ❤️ I AM the creator of my own life 🌟

My first sweat lodge experience in Sedona! There was 13 other beautiful souls that showed up for healing and SWEATING 😅 one of the coolest feelings was coming out drenched to a full super moon!!! The energy was amazing!

I just received my new Oracle card deck called Work Your Light by I feel in love with them and decided to do my first social media reading for the collective on my IG page. If this resonates with you please comment below! I chose a three card layout in the first picture, the first card is associated with the mind, second with the body and third with the heart. You can take a closer look at each card as you swipe thru the photos! READING: what I’m picking up for the collective from the First card Protection (mind): is that we need to let go of all the misinformation that’s been fed thru MSM, social media, news outlets and learn to have more discernment. We’ve been living in a world that’s been manipulating and brainwashing us! It’s time to stand up and protect your mind from the information you’re receiving as well as your children! It’s time to cut the cords from the 3D world if you want to ascend to 5D and beyond!
Second card: Pillar of Light in relationship to our body- when you create a healthy physical body, make healthy nutritional choices, you raise your frequency. A higher frequency person is connected greater to their own source energy. Spirit wants you to know that they are proud of you and you are your own guidance. Start by creating daily intentions, and mediate and source will answer your questions! Third Card- Reverse Boundaries: with relations to the heart, spirit wants you to open the heart and find more compassion for Yourself and those around you! Many of us are going thru some shadow work, this can bring up a lot of emotions but keep an open heart, forgive yourself and others and know you’re not alone!!!

BIG NEWS, BIG CHANGES
A lot has happened in the past 12 months, but for me, I've been changing over the last decade. I'm listening to my soul's desire for change and its true calling to serve humanity. It takes a courageous soul to listen and jump, but I know I will not fall, but fly to depths never reached. This is a very exciting time in our world and I am so excited for what's in store! The plan is to relocate to Isla Mujeres, Mexico at the end of the year. I've been called to organize and deliver Divine Goddess Retreats for the collective that's ready. I will not be alone, I have another beautiful soul, Alexis joining me on this adventure.

I'm not ending Soul Fit Health & Wellness, I'm transitioning my space and passion to another beautiful soul, Melissa St Aoro to share with you. Over the next 3 months, I will be mentoring and coaching Melissa. We would love to see you all! This year is a huge life activation year for me, with the energies of turning 40 and the coming of the Age of Aquarius, I knew my life was in for quite a bit of an overhaul. With the moon aligned and my angels and guides by my side, I brought in 40 years of existence on Isla Muejeres “The Island of Women” what a beautiful place to be and heal! And all I can say is that there’s a lot of things in the works for this coming year and many years after! Join me friends, as WE level up to 5D and embody of GODDESSES within! Shoutout to my soul sister Alexis who help make this place and week so special and we will be building our journeys together! So much love to give y’all 💫❤️
