We carry our loved ones
in the quiet corners of our days,

🌕 Happy Full Moon & Welcome October ✨

This month, my intention is to root into the quiet power of softness.

Not everything has to be pushed, forced, or fixed.⁣
Softness isn’t weakness—it’s presence. It’s choosing peace over proving. It’s allowing instead of controlling.⁣

I’ve been reflecting on how exhausted our world has become from the constant pushing and performing. We’ve internalized the belief that rest must be earned—but it doesn’t. You are allowed to slow down simply because you’re human.⁣

Under this full moon, I’m releasing what no longer supports my nervous system, my energy, or my growth.⁣

I’m choosing softness as a strength, as a guide, as a way home.

My personal mentors, coaches, and guides have helped change my life. They’ve been instrumental in my healing journey and in allowing me to truly believe in my dreams, visions, goals — and most importantly, myself.

I’ve learned tools and habits that have allowed me to take action, make breakthroughs, and maintain consistency.

I didn’t choose this path — it was a calling. I was actually asked to mentor someone, and that’s how this whole journey began. But it was a deep, cellular yes, because I knew I wanted to help. I knew I could bring value. And if my struggles, my ups and downs, could ultimately help someone else… then not only is that incredibly rewarding — it feels like my duty.

Now, I’m blessed to say I truly love what I do. I’m endlessly grateful for all of the support and teachers — past and present — who have helped me help myself, and in turn, guide others to do the same.

I’m not here to tell you to be different.
I’m here to help you be you- and to uncover all that you already are.

Not every practice happens on the mat. Sometimes, it’s sitting in nature eyes closed, listening to your breath. Sometimes, it’s the quiet moment when your body finally exhales and lets go.

In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the idea of needing to create the perfect practice—whether it’s a ritual, a sequence, or a specific setting. But yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. It’s about showing up as you are, in this moment, not as you think you should be.

Yoga is a lifestyle—an invitation to weave mindfulness and self-awareness into every part of your day, not just in the hours we set aside for a “formal” practice. Whether you’re in a meeting, driving, or walking on the beach, the opportunity to breathe, tune in, and realign is always available. The key is letting go of the need to do it right and instead allowing yourself to simply be.

Over the years, I’ve learned that the most authentic experiences aren’t always polished. They’re raw, real, and honest—those moments where healing happens. When we let go of the expectations and embrace the simplicity of just being, we reconnect with who we are beneath all the noise.

Wherever you are on your path, may you find the courage to be present with yourself, just as you are. Breathe, tune in, and trust that every moment is an opportunity for alignment.

Authenticity in wellness often gets confused with performance.

We see curated routines, picture-perfect poses, and think: “That’s what it should look like.”

But authenticity in practice isn’t about the look: it’s about the feel. It’s noticing when your body says “rest” and giving it what it needs. It’s choosing the slower class, or lying down in savasana the whole time, because that’s what serves you.

When we choose authenticity over performance, our nervous system softens, our energy restores, and we begin to heal in ways the outside world might never see.

This month, I invite you to try it: let your practice reflect how you actually feel, not how you think it should appear.

The practice we rarely talk about, but deeply need: Restorative Yoga.

It is gentle, slow, and powerful. Unlike faster-paced practices, restorative yoga uses supportive postures and long holds to give your body permission to rest and your nervous system the chance to regulate. In a world that constantly asks us to move faster and do more, this practice reminds us that healing often happens in stillness.

Restorative yoga helps release stress, improves sleep, supports emotional balance, and restores energy. Many of my sessions weave it together with breathwork and sound healing for a complete reset of mind and body.

I am sharing this to honor the potent energy of this lunar eclipse and all the transformation it brings.

This is a time to feel deeply, to surrender, and to release the old energies, patterns, and structures we once leaned on just to survive. Let them dissolve. Let the karmic weight fall away.

We are being called into a new way of being—one that is more authentic, supportive, and aligned with our highest selves and dharma, our true life path.
