Greetings,

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the immediate closure of Little Lotus Studio. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the sale of the studio has fallen through, and with the lease coming due at the end of January, we must close our doors. As a result, all classes are canceled, and the studio is closed for good.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for our members. We have contacted pass holders and those with mats at the studio to make arrangements for partial refunds and times to pick up mats. If you haven't received a message from us, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will be happy to connect with you.

Furthermore, we will be selling everything in the studio, including yoga equipment, shelving, plants, fans, lights, air conditioner, and flooring. We will be hosting a sale this Saturday, Jan 13th from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. We welcome you to come and take a piece of Little Lotus with you.

We understand that this news may be saddening, but as yogis, we know that change is the only constant in life and that nothing lasts forever. We thank you for your continued support and hope to see you soon.

Winter Solstice Greetings! It’s a time for reflection and anticipation, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supported LittleLotus.mx through the ups and downs of 2023. I am especially grateful to the wonderful clients, who gave me the confidence to expand my teaching beyond children and family yoga, and to the instructors (with a special shout-out to Susan), who went above and beyond in a time of need.❤️

As I prepare to hand over Little Lotus.mx Dec 22 to Essence and Wolf, I am excited to see how they will continue to grow and develop the studio. Please note that the studio will be closed from Dec 24 to Jan 1, with classes resuming on Jan 2. Stay tuned for the upcoming schedule.

Embrace the Winter Solstice with Candle Light Yin Yoga!

As the longest night of the year approaches, let’s gather together to celebrate the winter solstice with a Candle Light Yin class. Join Cynthia December 21 at 7:00 pm for an opportunity to embrace the darkness and find inner peace in the soft glow of candle light.

This gentle and introspective Yin class pairs well with the Winter Solstice, allowing an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves through slow paced movement, bask in affirmations, turn inward and reflect on growth and transformation, and set intentions for the coming year.

No prior yoga experience is necessary – this session is open to all levels. So bring your yoga mat and anything else you need to be comfortable (a cozy blanket) to celebrate the winter solstice. 🌙💫

Cost: $200 (without monthly pass)

We are thrilled to introduce Essence and Wolf as the soon-to-be new owners of Little Lotus.mx. Their passion for yoga and building community is inspiring, and we are excited that they are taking on this journey to continue the legacy of this little studio.

As we transition, Cynthia will continue to be a familiar presence in the studio, sharing her expertise by teaching and offering family workshops and classes - her true passion. We are confident that Essence and Wolf will continue to provide a welcoming space for all to grow their yoga journey.

As we prepare to embrace the new year, with new beginnings, stay tuned for exciting updates, scheduling, and other developments coming to the studio in 2024. We look forward to the fresh ideas and renewed energy that Essence and Wolf will bring to this beautiful space.

There are some new and exciting changes coming to Little Lotus and we are excited to share with you once all details have been sorted. Until then, we will to continue to offer the morning classes:
Mon - Fri 8:30 am and 10:00 am
Saturday 9:00 am

*Starting Monday Nov 20 all evening classes are canceled until further notice*

The free Karma community class will still run Nov 25 and Family Yoga Dec 2.

Looking for Bilingual or English speaking yoga classes? Look no further. We currently offer Mon - Fri morning classes 8:30am and 10:00 am. Two evenings weekly, Monday at 7:30 pm and Thursday at 5:30 pm. Our Saturday 9:00 am class is made for the “Slow Food Market” Take a class then leisurely stroll the market.

We are offering Family Yoga November 18 and December 2 at 10:30 am (best for families with kids ages 3 - 6 $300mx for a family of 4) and Free Community Minded Yoga November 11 & 25 at 10:30.

¿Buscas clases de yoga bilingües o de habla inglesa? No busque más. Actualmente ofrecemos clases por la mañana de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a. m. y 10:00 a. m. Dos noches por semana, el lunes a las 7:30 y el jueves a las 5:30. Nuestra clase del sábado a las 9:00 am está hecha para el “Mercado de comida lenta”. Tome una clase y luego pasee tranquilamente por el mercado.

Ofrecemos yoga familiar el 18 de noviembre y el 2 de diciembre a las 10:30 am (mejor para familias con niños de 3 a 6 años, $300 mx para una familia de 4) y yoga comunitario gratuito el 11 y 25 de noviembre a las 10:30.
