Seriously! What took me so long to get an air fryer?! I’ve been wanting one and kept questioning myself if it would just be another dust collector on the counter. NOT!! OMG my first go at it tonight making dinner.... buffalo wings! Winner winner buffalo wing best tasty dinner! And even made the best sliced potatoes with seasoning salt… Lacey asked for a second batch, I think we I’m going to have fun with this! 😋♥️

This is a tried and true winner! ♥️😋 Chile Rellano Casserole.... Another one of my many favorites and a must make! I have been making this since I was 18 when I first tasted it at one of our office potlucks at Bank of Marin! Wow… Just a few years ago! Ha ha! 🤣 We all had to have the recipe… and it has been one of those dishes that I make and take with me to potlucks and it’s always a hit! ..... so easy peezy to make and so delicious! Try it, let me know what ya think! Put a little side salad with it.... bam!! Maybe it’s the fall weather coming up, the holiday season is almost here… It’s bringing out the Susie homemaker in me! I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t share with y’all! 😆 Enjoy!

It’s what’s for dinner tonight! Absolutely one of my all-time favorites, I could eat it at least once a week or more! I use a little more ginger, mix it up sometimes if I don’t have fresh ginger I use the ginger powder, garlic, definitely the avocado oil is a must, I use low sodium soy sauce....Gotta have the sesame oil to drizzle on top once you put it in your bowl and chopped up scallions or green onions… Enjoy! OMG! Gotta go, my tastebuds and bell are screeeeeeamig!! 😋♥️🍷

𝐶𝑎𝑛 𝐼 𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑙 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠𝑜𝑚𝑒𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔?

There was never a moment where I said “I have a dream to sell products on social media.” But I’m glad that I stepped outside of the box and took a chance. In our ever changing world, with everything costing more and more, and now especially the times we find ourselves in, I am so grateful to be employed and work with an amazing team and I have my fun side hustle....and for both, I get to help people change their lives, and help supplement my income. Being a momma and raising my girl and wanting to give her everything she needs and more.... well, hands down it’s why I do what I do! It’s a great thing, I’m truly blessed and always humbled. And on days like today, on my shopping adventure to Costco to put food in our fridge and a couple of extra things… I am pleasantly reminded how awesome it is to make that extra money. I went to go grab my debit card and saw my It Works commission.... YAY!! My side hustle paid for it! Shout out and huge appreciation and thank you to all of my customers, I’m always grateful! ♥️ and the only thing I missing here is… Darn… I forgot my favorite to get a bottle of wine 🍷 in my cart! Haha! Lol! Next time!
