Have you ever noticed this,,, sometimes the people who smile the most are fighting silent battles inside? Mental health isn’t always visible, and depression doesn’t always look like sadness. It can be exhaustion, isolation, or just pretending to be “fine.” As humans, let's learn to check on each other, listen without judgment, and speak kindly to others because you never know what someone is going through. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Rest, talk, pray, and seek help when you need it. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
