The part that fawns.
The part that shuts down.
The part that micromanages everything just to avoid chaos.
And the part that still questions if it’s too much to be met.
In Internal Family Systems (IFS), we call these 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬.
Each one carries a memory.
A role.
A burden it took on in the absence of Self.
It was never meant to lead—only to protect.
𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐱 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟—

𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭.
She reveals the architecture of your patterns—
ancestral, personal, unseen.
She brings it forward so nothing hides.
𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲.
No story. No vision.
Just deep intelligence moving through your cells.
You feel what’s heavy and watch it leave.
Simple. Physical. Complete.
𝐁𝐮𝐟𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
You don’t watch the divine—you merge with it.
You remember the place beneath identity, language, or form.
It lives in your bones after that.
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬.
Where the protector pauses, and you respond from Self.
Where the patterns try to return—and you don’t follow.
Where you choose presence instead of reaction.
Again. And again. And again.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦—
𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦.
𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞. 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡.
𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐭.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰.
