2024 . . . ✅

What an absolute year! One of the toughest years of my life ,yet became one of the best and most rewarding.

It’s amazing how much our life can change within a year! I have evolved as a person more this year then I have in my lifetime. Wins and loses.

I moved to the Goldcoast only knowing a few people here, to now having the best bunch of friends anyone could ask for, lifelong friendships, family.

To meeting someone that treats me the way I always dreamed and loves me for me, my insecurities and imperfections.

Going into 2025 I feel so lucky! I know next year will have its challenges but it will be the best one yet.

Thank you to all those that have been apart of it❤️

A week post the show. . .

Every show is a different journey where we learn something new about ourselves, face adversity, challenges, laugh and cry.

I always enter a prep to become better than I was before, which I certainly did this year. As selfish as bodybuilding is, for me my motivation is never about me. My ultimate motivation is for the people closest to me that invest in me as much as I do.

I want to win for them. No more then this guy is my brother, best friend and coach. We have traveled the world competing together, won heaps of shows and lost also.

He is the best coach in the industry imo. It broke my heart not being able to give him a wining trophy. Because I want that for him more than myself. This guy goes above and beyond for everyone, even my competitors right before we walk on stage.

Every act is selfless and expects nothing in return. I feel sorry for some athletes hearing how they get treated by their coaches. Yet I could never ask for anything more from him and his fiancee, my sister . Love you both so much.

No cliche post cost comp wrap. Just my thanks to this amazing human. He literally built me, from the first day I stepped on stage. We will be back at some point, better again.

He deserves all the recognition in the world! ❤️

Impromptu Shoot

Few weeks ago while shoot challenge team, thought I might as well jump in front of the camera for a couple of shoots while I was in shape 🤷🏽‍♂️

9 Days Out

Check in this morning. Everything is on track. Last cardio and leg session done 🙌🏽

Super flat and depleted right now. So reduction in output. Starting to increase carb intake, and reduce inflammation.

This is where things will start to come back to life. I’m very excited to see the end result.

is the master at peaking so I have no doubt things are going to look crazy 😈
