Even though I’ve only had less than 8 training sessions with Mermaids, I feel truly grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow with this amazing team.

A huge thank you to the coaches @louiepeter10@nasionaljographic for constantly guiding me, sharing valuable knowledge, and instilling confidence in me despite the short amount of time. I deeply appreciate all the support and will carry those lessons forward.

To all my teammates — thank you so much for making me feel so welcomed and comfortable. From checking in on me, to asking if I was doing okay with the team, to always having my back — I truly felt seen and respected. Your kindness and warmth made my first MAFA Rosebowl experience even more special, and I’m genuinely thankful to be part of this squad 🧜🏻‍♀️🔱

Hi everyone,
I’ll be taking some time off for Chinese New Year to rest, recharge, and spend time with loved ones. During this period, I won’t be available for physiotherapy appointments.

After the celebration, I’ll be heading to Pattaya for a tournament from February 5th to 12th. I’ll return to work on February 13th, ready to assist you with your recovery and wellness goals!

I am deeply saddened by the news of Carsten’s passing. Not only was he my client, but he also served as a role model. During my early days working independently in 2020, he supported me by referring clients and offering words of encouragement that greatly influenced my development. I will always treasure the memories we shared and remain forever grateful to him.

Rest in power, Carsten 🕊️
May you find comfort in heaven.
