SCOBY = "symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast" is formed after the completion of a unique fermentation process that turn sweet tea into kombucha.

When looking at the jellyfish-looking goop in your kombucha, you might wonder, “Can you actually eat a kombucha Scoby?” It might look strange, Especially when it’s home-brewed. But don’t worry..it’s completely safe to ingest. It's also been suggested that the Scoby can help normalize blood sugar and cholesterol levels. but you can also strain it out for better drinking pleasure 😋
