The start of 2026 continues to be of learning and inspiration. Just mere hours after being inducted into the of KL North, I was attending a Trainer Intensive at BKI Malaysia. A weekend where it was spent with local and international Master Trainers where ideas and critique clashed to sharpen each other to polish our presentation and training techniques.
No matter how much you think you know, one can always learn more and I am deeply greatful to be in a supportive community under . Thank you and Lydia

2026 is still unfolding and it has been a start of many moments of learning and gratitude. Still carrying the intention to help more people, I have now officially joined Lions Club International as a member of KL North to be able to create abundant change in more people’s lives.
I had the honour of being inducted to the club by a Pass District Governor and also having the current Dictrict Governor and his cabinet to witness this memorious occasion.

A meaningful way to begin 2026.

My heartfelt thanks to the Senior Citizen Club of Subang Jaya for the warm invitation to share what I love — creating spaces where change feels calm, safe, and gently supported.

Today was filled with familiar smiles, new conversations, and moments where you could see ease return, hear softer breaths, and feel bodies settling into comfort. It was a joy reconnecting with old friends and welcoming new ones into this shared experience.

To everyone who joined today: may this be a reminder that positive change does not need to be rushed or forced. When support is present, the body and mind naturally find their way forward — safely, steadily, and at their own pace.
