Vision Screening Day at Sekolah Sri UCSI

Our School of Optometry students and lecturers carried out vision screening for primary school children to promote early awareness of vision and eye health needs. The day included interactive games, fun activities, and an educational eye health talk by a HOYA representative.

The opening ceremony highlighted the theme “A Million Visions,” a HOYA community project focused on early detection and management of childhood myopia.

A forum featuring speakers from the Ministry of Health and HOYA shared valuable insights on myopia progression and the importance of early intervention.

Overall, the event was a meaningful effort to empower children, parents, and teachers with essential eye health knowledge. Together, we’re building A Million Visions for a clearer, brighter future.
