Thunder Night Run 2016 is a 8KM fun run event organised by the fourth year medical student from Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) in conjunction to raise money for our "CHARMS @ Bandar Acheh 2016" where CHARMS stands for CUCMS-Acheh Holistic Medicine Awareness Programme. "CHARMS @ Bandar Acheh 2016" is a charity programme where we will do a mass circumcision, also known as "Sunathon", free medical check-up, free dental check-up and training for Basic Life Support at Acheh, Indonesia. Our aim is to help promote healthiness and happiness by bringing people together to participate in this “Thunder Night Run 2016”. Event Details:
Date : 2/1/16
Venue : Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS)
Time : 7.30PM-11.00PM
Distance : 8km

Rules & Regulations:
1. All entries are based on a first-come-first-serve basis unless otherwise stated.

2. Once registration is completed and payment has been made, entry fees for those who for whatever reason/s do not take part in the run are NON-TRANSFERABLE,NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-DEFERRABLE.

3. The organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.

4. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of a race/start is full.

5. Completion of the registration form is an indication of the participants agreement to abide by the rules and regulations at the Venue.

6. All participants are required to wear Thunder Night Run 2016 Official Running Tee on event day.

7. All participants must bring along the Official Receipt together with their Identity Card or passport to collect their Race kit.

STEP 3 : The THUNDER NIGHT RUN team will email you the official receipt of payment within 2 working days. Kindly bring along the receipt or just show us via your smartphones during the race kit collection. FOR TEAM/FAMILY REGISTRATION

STEP 1 : The team leader will need to register for him/herself. STEP 2 : Make the total payment via transfer/deposit and email to thundernightrun@gmail.com with your Full Name, IC & Contact number. STEP 3 : The team mates must register themselves and insert their team leader's name and contact as prove of the same team. STEP 4 : The THUNDER NIGHT RUN team will email you the official receipt of payment within 2 working days. LASTLY : You are officially registered as the THUNDER NIGHT RUN Family! Dear runners, last night's event was a success and we hope you guys enjoyed yourself! We apologize for not having enough marshalls to guide the runners/control the traffic and not having enough water stations as well. We will take note of this and improve this matter should there be another charity run we organize in the future. We would like to thank all of you for supporting us last night and hope to see you all soon! Hello fellow runners! Today is the day!! Are you ready?! If you would still like to join us, you are most welcome for walk-in registrations starting from 6pm! The registration fee remains at RM60 for adults and RM40 for kids. Nonetheless, we apologize for running out of t-shirts due to overwhelming response. We originally planned for a modest-sized run for our charitable cause but thanks to all your support, we have exceeded our target! If you would still like to extend your support for us and donate to charity, we sincerely appreciate it. You will still get a finisher medal, certificate, and glow stick to join in during the run. Once again, we, Thunder Night Run team, committee members of CHARMS @ Bandar Acheh and fourth year medical students from Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) offer our greatest gratitude and we will see you all tonight!
