This year’s still lingers in our hearts. A day where we felt intention, presence, and collective energy came together so naturally.

‘s breathwork journey brought a group into a deep reflection, going within to feel deeper parts of themselves. ‘s outdoor sound healing session was a moment of pure rejuvenation for her and everyone that showed up 💯.

What a great turn out at last week’s full moon sound bath. Typically Wednesdays are yin & sound bath, but for this special class, we offered nada stretches to pair with the sound journey. Nada stretches help quiet the mind through the vibration of your tone & voice as you release tension from the body.
