Every weekend at 10am, we host Movement Exercise classes
at Daiman Sports Complex, Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru! Movement Exercise also known as "Fountain of Youth" exercise,
our aim is to improve or maintain your mobility and range of motion. We want you want to feel young again! As a young child or person, we enjoyed agility, flexibility, mobility,
range of motion and no pain in our body! We didn't suffer from back pain, or shoulder aches. Additionally, we also strive to be stronger, faster and more coordinated! Mental health is important to us, and we want our students to enjoy our classes
while having fun. We want to be a safe place where our students can destress from their daily lives. Like any other fitness class, or gym, our students can focus on hitting insane targets,
like getting stronger, faster, or losing weight, or they can just take their time
and be more social. To prove that, we have a "Fast Lane" & a "Slow Lane". "Fast Lane" is for students that wants a medium to high intensity workout,
and "Slow Lane" is for students that wants a low to medium intensity workout. When it comes to health, we have to think more deeply than just muscles
and our abs. Being happy and stress free while exercising, is so important to us! And also very important to us, is our safety! That's why, for Movement Exercise, we include Fall Protection & Self Defense! We wouldn't want all that hard work to come undone with a mishap like
falling down and experiencing a serious injury,
or, experiencing a self defense situation, without the right skills. So, if you are in Johor Bahru, !! Or if you are interested, drop me a message here, as we are considering to
