Aahaa..Betapa penting Pengetahuan tentang "Tidur Yang Berkualiti " untuk mengekalkan cycle (kitaran) kesihatan tubuh badan kita.

The mode of feeling gratitude will produce hertz of frequency that help ourselves drift to the vibration of peace & healing, before we having "rest in peace" (deep sleep).

Alhamdulillah dapat menghadiri WORLD SLEEP DAY pada 5 March 2023 yang lalu. Sungguh banyak perkongsian dan kesedaran berkenaan TIDUR, yang Coach Aein peroleh dan yang Coach nak kongsi.
Tahukah anda,? Sebenarnya, tidur 8 jam, belum tentu menjamin kesihatan kita..Tidur yang sihat adalah dapat tidur lena "deep sleep", walau jangka masa yang pendek kurang dari 8 jam...

Is it true that we have to sleep 8 hours per day?

BismillahhirRohamnirrohim,

Praise to the Almighty. I was get an opportunity attended to the WORLD SLEEP DAY on 5th March 2023. There was very much information and awareness about SLEEP that I got and InsyaALLAH I want to share to all of you.
Feel happy to Follow my page "Healing while Sleeping".
Do you know? Actually sleep straight 8 hours per day does not necessarily guarantee improve our health. The important thing is enjoy the quality of Sleep, having deep sleep, even less than 8 hours is better rather than sleep 8 hours but could not sleep well.
Everyone's sleep need is unique! It is a myth that everyone will feel and function at their best with 8 hours of sleep.
