加上不同颜色的蔬菜水果搭配,
再淋上梅子浆~哇!真是太美味了!
新鲜酥脆的蔬果加上酸酸甜甜的梅子浆简直就是人间极品!
《春风喜庆齐捞生》
材料:
甜菜根絲50克,紅白蘿蔔絲50克,紫包菜絲50克,
黃瓜絲50克,沙葛絲50克,生薑絲少许,苜宿芽少许,
青木瓜絲50克,芒果絲30克,柚子少许。
调味料:
A) 梅子漿3大汤匙,有机烹饪椰子油1汤匙,
梅子醋2汤匙,风柑叶2片(切丝),蜂蜜2汤匙
紫苏梅粒3粒切碎
B) 烤香-腰果碎2汤匙,花生碎3汤匙,白芝麻1汤匙
做法:
1) 将所有的蔬果依个人喜好造型摆盘。
2) 将梅子浆,梅醋,油,蜂蜜及枫苷叶倒入小碗中混合。
3) 将混合的酱淋在蔬果上再洒上坚果,
捞一捞即可享用。
Spring Rainbow’s Lao Sheng
Ingredients:
50g shredded beetroot, 50g shredded red and white radish, 50g shredded purple cabbage,
50g cucumber shreds, 50g s**g shreds, a little shredded ginger, a little clover bud,
50g shredded green papaya, 30g shredded mango, a little pamelo.
seasoning:
A) 3 tablespoons of plum syrup, 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil for cooking,
2 tablespoons of plum vinegar, 2 slices of citrus leaves (shredded), 2 tablespoons of honey,3 pieces of perilla plum preserved(chopped)
B) Roasted -2 tablespoons of chopped cashew nuts, 3 tablespoons of chopped peanuts, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds.
practice:
1) Put all the fruits and vegetables on the plate according to personal preference.
2) Pour plum syrup, plum vinegar, oil, honey and maple leaf into a small bowl and mix.
