[Thai Sweet and Spicy Crispy Tofu] The practice that will not fail๐
1. 1 piece of old tofu
2. 1 green / red pepper each
3. Ingredients: Thai chili sauce 10g / oyster sauce 5g / broth 50ml / corn oil 8ml / ginger 15g / salt and pepper / chopped shallots

1. Wash the old tofu and cut into triangles for later use
2. Wash the green and red peppers, remove the seeds, remove the stalks, and cut into diamond-shaped pieces
3. 4 Take a bowl of Thai sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, broth, a little salt, an appropriate amount of pepper, and an appropriate amount of cold boiled water and stir it into a bowl of juice for later use.
4. Heat the wok and release the oil (be sure to heat the wok and then release the oil, or the tofu will stick to the pan)
