Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) from concept and sourcing to launch.
Manage suppliers, including cost negotiation and supply agreements.
Develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools.
Ensure products meet quality, regulatory compliance, and brand standards.

Requirements:
5–8 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Innovation.
Experience in Medical Devices or Personal Care industry is required.
Proven success in product development and portfolio expansion.
Willing to travel and work in Klang Jaya.
