这一次，让我们一起走进森林深处，让心静下来。
在大自然的怀抱中，放下压力、重新连接自己，
开启属于你的 心灵绿洲。

💠 疗愈体验内容

🌿 水晶 · 颂钵 · 冥想
沉浸于声音与能量的流动，让身体彻底放松，让心回到平静。

🔥 营火仪式
在火光中释放、净化、转化，把沉重留在夜晚，把清明带回心中。

🌳 森林徒步
由 FRIM 向导带领，探索世界最古老的重建热带雨林，
感受土地的呼吸、树木的力量与自然的疗愈节奏。

🏕️ 食宿与住宿安排

活动全程包食宿

场地提供 6 间 A-hut，每间可容纳 2–3 人
最多 18 位参与者

🏡 住宿为自然体验型设施：
只提供基本 睡垫（sleeping mat），
请自备 睡袋／枕头／薄毯，让你的休息更舒适。

🌱 一起守护自然（参与者须自备）

为了让自然保持纯净，请自备：
- 个人餐具（碗、汤匙、筷子等）
- 水瓶
- 小毛巾
- 零垃圾用品（可重复使用为佳）

活动最后，我们也会一起进行环保清洁，
让这片森林以更美好的姿态迎接下一位旅人。
