THE MOST EXPENSIVE COFFEE IN THE WORLD!

Kopi Luwak is the most expensive coffee in the world. Costing anywhere from $600 to $1300 per pound, HOLY SH*T !

Anyway what does Kopi Luwak have to do with Property? IN Property Ads we often see many of the developments proclaiming as "most luxury" , "prestigious" , "ultimate luxury" "opulent" , but how many of these luxury or ultra high end properties made money for the investors ?

More often than not, its a status symbol, a statement or showpiece buy rather than an investment return decision buy. Basically to show how filthy damn rich this dude or gal is, which is fine if you are buying for that purpose.

Look Closely where they came out from before buying ! If something coming out of the butt end can be sold as most expensive in the world, better watch out when you see similar things in the market!

Is this the time to hunt for luxury properties for investment returns? For majority investor the best returns always comes from:

- Middle range 350k to 600K residential properties with terrace houses within that range easiest to make a profit if the entry price is right.

- Commercial Properties below 1 to 2 mil, shoplots fronting main roads and emerging township the best.

- Land investment if you got loads of cash and can hold like a LOOONG time.

After months of lockdowns and pent up demand you would think people will flock to travel again. This has not happened.

Travelling could be shifting to more eco or nature oriented as people seek to escape from crowd and avoid large groups.

Travelling with large groups might be over as we know it. Beach, parks, lakes might be the new great attraction.

Nature eco resorts ? Maybe now its the best time to invest or build one as we know things are more “negotiable” now.

One trend that is going to happen is that travel as we knew it is over, say Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky. It doesn't mean travel is over, just the travel we knew is over... and it's never coming back. It's just not.
