Not everything you carry is a wound.
Some of it is just… weight.

Energy that stayed too long.
Emotions that were never meant to become your identity.

Stories you outgrew, but kept repeating out of habit.
In sound healing, I see this all the time.

People come in thinking they are “broken” or need fixing.
But what actually happens?

Their body doesn’t ask for more healing… it asks for release.
Tension leaves through breath you didn’t realise you were holding.
Tears come without a story attached.

Your body softens before your mind even understands why.
Because not everything needs to be analysed.
Some things just need a safe space to move… and go.

Sound doesn’t force it out of you.
It creates the permission.

So if you’ve been trying to “figure it all out” and still feel heavy…
maybe it’s not more healing you need.
Maybe it’s time to let it leave.

I hold both group and 1:1 sound healing sessions.
Come as you are. Your body already knows what to do.

Some people spend so much time building a perfect image, they forget the truth has a very rude habit of walking in without an appointment.

The narcissist may look charming in public, peaceful online, and “misunderstood” in every story they tell… but eventually, the mask gets tired. The lies start tripping over each other. The people around them begin comparing notes. And suddenly, the version they tried so hard to sell no longer matches the reality people are seeing.

This is not about wishing harm on anyone. It is about trusting that what is hidden does not stay hidden forever.

So if you are healing from someone who made you look like the problem, breathe. You do not have to chase the truth around with a PowerPoint presentation. Sometimes, the truth knows exactly when to make its entrance.

Hallelujah for that.

Manifesting this for you 🤍

You can’t heal something unless you are brave enough to admit it.
And this is often the hardest part of healing, especially after narcissistic abuse.

Because admitting the truth means you may have to face what you normalised. The disrespect you excused. The confusion you kept explaining away. The pain you told yourself was “not that bad” because accepting the full truth felt too heavy.

But awareness is not weakness. It is the first moment you stop abandoning yourself.

Healing begins when you can gently say, “This happened. It affected me. I am allowed to name it.” Not to stay stuck in the pain, but to finally stop pretending it did not shape you.

You do not need to have all the answers today. You do not need to rush your healing. But you do need honesty. Because the truth you are brave enough to admit becomes the door your freedom walks through.

If you are ready to understand what happened to you, rebuild your self-trust, and heal in a safe space, Raji’s Narcissistic Abuse Survivors Therapy Program is available through 1:1 and group coaching.

Closure is the addiction you need to break.
You keep waiting for the conversation that will finally make it make sense.

The explanation. The apology. The moment they admit what they did.
But here’s the truth most people don’t tell you…

Closure that depends on someone else is not closure. It’s control.
Because as long as you’re waiting for them to give you clarity,
you’re still emotionally tied to them.

Still hoping. Still replaying. Still stuck in a story that already showed you how it ends.

Narcissistic dynamics thrive on this.
On your need to understand.
On your willingness to stay open… while they stay unavailable.

Healing begins when you stop asking,
“Why did they do this to me?”
and start asking,
“Why am I still waiting for someone who has shown me who they are?”

Closure is not a conversation.
It is a decision you make… without them.
If this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

We work with survivors to help them break emotional loops, rebuild self-trust, and finally move forward with clarity.

Balance is not a perfectly stacked routine with color-coded planners and green juices at sunrise.

Sometimes, it looks like answering emails from your bed.
Sometimes, it looks like saying no… even when you could say yes.
Sometimes, it looks like doing less and still feeling enough.
Because balance isn’t a formula.

It’s a relationship with yourself.
The world will try to hand you a version of balance that looks productive, aesthetic, and worthy of approval.
But real balance?
It’s deeply personal. Quiet. Unimpressive to others… but honest to you.

For some, balance is building a business and still making time for rest.
For others, it’s simply getting through the day without abandoning themselves.
There is no universal version.
No gold standard.
No timeline you’re falling behind on.

Only this question:
What balance look like in your life right now?

There’s a quiet kind of grief that comes with growing up.
Not the loud, visible kind people gather around… but the kind you carry in between your daily routines.

You grieve the version of you who didn’t know this kind of disappointment.
The people you thought would stay.
The life you were so sure would unfold a certain way.
And no one really prepares you for that part.

That becoming who you are also means letting go of who you thought you’d be.
But somewhere in the middle of all that loss… something shifts.

You start choosing differently.
You start seeing clearly.
You start building a life that feels more honest, even if it looks nothing like the one you imagined.
Maybe that’s what adulting really is.
Not having it all together… but learning how to hold yourself through everything that falls apart.

Many survivors stay because they believe if they love harder, give more, understand better, things will finally change.
You start performing love, hoping it will be returned in a way that feels safe and consistent.

But narcissistic relationships are not built on mutual love.
They are built on control, inconsistency, and emotional withdrawal.

The more you give, the more you are drained.
And somewhere along the way, you forget what it feels like to be loved without effort.

You don’t have to earn love. You don’t have to prove your worth to be treated with care.

Inside my Narcissistic Abuse Survivors Therapy program, I guide you to break this pattern gently but firmly.
We work on detaching from the need for their validation, understanding trauma bonds, and reconnecting you to a version of love that is stable, reciprocal, and real.

You deserve to be loved without having to beg for it.
