•1 plank jack + knee to elbow crunch⠀

No, you are not fat. You have fat. Body fat. And it’s NORMAL.

We all have fats in our bodies.

🦴 Like we have bones.
🧠 And cells.
👧🏻 And hair.

But we don’t say “I am bone” 😆

So stop describing yourself as fat. If you don’t feel good about your body fat percentage, you know you can change that. One to one personal training is available

🌟LOW IMPACT HOME WORKOUT🌟

Physically not ready to have any high intensity exercise but my mind craving for some movements, so I opt for this low impact one.

40seconds on, 20seconds off
•alternate leg extension
•donkey kick to fire hydrant
•straight leg donkey kick to side kick
•plank rock
•squat tap

REPEAT 5x for a 25minutes workout

Day 20

I made it!! From impossible to possible. From hate doing burpees to being able to complete it for consecutively 20days without rest.

Mindset and determination is so important to maintain the consistency. I gain physical strength, body metabolic rate improved, energy and stamina improved, and I’m very happy because I conquer my laziness. I cannot see any disadvantage of doing it.😜

I can’t imagine myself being able to sustain through my own burpees challenge!! Not because of the number of burpees I can do, but the consistency of doing it everyday 🥸 ⠀

What’s next after the 20days? continue for another 20days? 🤔🤔🤔 ⠀

My workout for today:⠀
✔ 50 burpees⠀
✔ 50 jump squats ⠀
✔ 50 bicycle crunch ⠀
✔ 50 side to side lunges ⠀
✔ 50 jumping jacks & high knees (warm up as usual) ⠀

不难,也不一定要很fit才可以做。每天做50下burpee,持续做20天。不需要太extreme的哦⠀

Your body is your temple. Treat it well⠀

1. You are what you eat. The more natural and nutritious food you consume, the better you will feel.⠀

2. Exercise. Make it consistent⠀

3. Look after your immune system especially during this pandemic period. Our immune system is something we can’t see, can’t touch, but you definitely can feel it. ⠀

4. Spend time to medicate and increase your consciousness level. ⠀
