Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:

Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistryLife experiences, such as trauma or abuse
Mental health problems are common but help is available. People with mental health problems can get better and many recover completely. Seek For Help and You Will Get Better❤️

(Read👉🏻) Any time you’re feeling down, you have two options. You can keep doing what you’re doing, which means continuing to feel less than ideal. Or, you can make a change and try to pick yourself back up.

The latter isn’t always easy. If you’re feeling down, you’re likely suffering from a lack of motivation, sadness, or stress, which can all cause you to want to stay exactly where you are. Before a person is able to practice it, first we need to understand what it means.

Self-love is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. Self-love means having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness. Self-love means taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others. Self-love means not settling for less than you deserve.

Self-love can mean something different for each person because we all have many different ways to take care of ourselves. Figuring out what self-love looks like for you as an individual is an important part of your mental health.

(Read👉🏻)We all go through tough times and people help us through them. Other times we have been worried about other people’s mental health. Whether they are a friend, family member or colleague, there are many ways to support somebody you care about.

How do I know if someone has a mental health problem?

Sometimes it will seem obvious when someone is going through a hard time, but there is no simple way of knowing if t hey have a mental health problem. Sometimes you don’t need to know. It’s more important to respond sensitively to someone who seems troubled than to find out whether or not they have a diagnosis.

If you know the person well, you may notice changes in their behaviour or mood. Most Importantly, use the Right Term !!

(Read👉🏻) An empty, clear mind is not a bad thing. Our society and generation have conditioned us to believe that your mind must always be buzzing or working. This is not true. You do not have to always come up with ideas or formulate plans, or even think about your future. Just like how your body needs a break after working out, so is your mind from the constant stream of thoughts. Emptying the mind is a useful tool to learn as it helps you give your brain a break.

We all have those lazy days where we skip our routines. BUT will you believe if I say you will feel much more better if you do the thing instead of delaying / not doing at all. Here is the reason. We human often pay more focus on the “Before Feeling” rather than “After Feeling”. You know you should run in the evening but you feel lazy and as a result you’ll end up doing nothing. But instead, if you chose to run, you will feel thankful for yourself because it make you feel productive. Now, you have reduced the room for negative self-talk like “I’ve became lazy, I’m not doing enough, I’m always giving reasons,……….” But before you make the move, always listen to your body and mind by asking this questions:

* Does my body in pain? If you have a physical injury, best to give up on the run.
* Am I distracted? Yes work had been busy, the late night the evening before meant I hadn’t gotten enough sleep, I had a bit too much alcohol.
* Do I need to slow down? What if I just went out for a fast walk instead? Yes it might keep me calm.
This questions are IMPORTANT. Why? Because your mental health matters!! Not All The Lazy Days Are Reallllly LAZY!!! Sometimes we might feel burn out or even depressed without realizing it. So, always listen to your body and mind.

You know you shouldn’t compare yourself to others. Yet, that’s often easier said than done. We all have been comparing ourselves at some point in our life without realising it.
