Foods That Contain Resveratrol:
Now that you all know what resveratrol is and how it can benefit you and your family, Here are some foods that contain resveratrol!
1. Peanuts

And to end this, 20 milligrams of per day is generally agreed to be an appropriate and effective dosage for an adult. One of the easiest and most effective sources of resveratrol to consume in an ordinary diet is red wine. However, 30ml of standard red wine averages around 90 micrograms of resveratrol. So in order to get your daily dose of resveratrol, it is recommended to take supplements.
