1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 can of tuna, drained

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp butter
0.25 large white onion, diced
0.4 oz cream cheese
14 fl oz vegetable broth, bouillon or consommé
1 cup extra heavy/gourmet whipping cream, not whipped
1 cup water
0.5 tsp salt
15 oz cauliflower, chopped into small florets
1 tbsp chopped chives
0.13 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
* Turn on the Instant Pot to the "sauté" function. Add 1 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
* Add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent.
* Add the cauliflower florets to the pot, followed by the vegetable broth, water, and salt. Mix well.
* Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to the "sealing" position.
* Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Once the timer goes off, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
* Carefully open the lid and add the cream cheese, whipping cream, chopped chives, and black pepper to the pot.

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup sliced leeks
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/5 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the butter, garlic, Italian herb mix, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
