So, what do I do in a session?
First, I connect with your guides and tune into your energy.
Then I share what you need to hear — not necessarily what you want to hear.
Because true healing begins with truth.
Depending on what arises,
there may be healing, reading, and guided tools
to help you release emotional or physical discomfort.
I’ll also show you how to apply these tools in your daily life —
so you can find peace, clarity,
and relief from anxiety or restless sleep.
Many clients leave feeling lighter,
clearer,
and more connected to their own wisdom.
Some begin to notice they can comfort and support loved ones differently —
with more calm and understanding.
Can anyone learn to do what I do?
Yes. Everyone can.
Every person has the capacity to heal.
I simply guide you back to trusting your own inner knowing.
That’s why I also teach others how to connect and sense energy
so they can bring relief to the people they love.
My next teaching intake begins in May,
and for those who wish to go deeper,
I offer learning retreats for advanced practice.

Then join one of my E-Healing Rainforest & River Retreats.
They happen once every three months —
a gentle, immersive weekend
from Friday 5:30 PM to Sunday noon.
It’s not a yoga camp or physical challenge.
There are chairs, cushions, and space to lean back and rest.
The only walking is a short ten-minute stroll to the river.
On Day 2, we spend time in the shallow water —
a beautiful session where nature itself becomes part of your healing.
Through the river, the forest,
and your own breath,
we use the natural environment
and the innate tools you already carry
to help you find peace and clarity at your own pace.
Whether you come for a private session or a full retreat,
my purpose is the same:
to guide you home.
