After Eid, she thought she’d finally rest.
But instead, she felt exhausted and restless.
It wasn’t just the late nights.
It was everything around the celebration — hosting family and friends, preparing food for the day, cleaning up, welcoming guests, and trying to stay present through it all.
Her body was tired…
but when bedtime came, her mind was still running.
She told us:
“The hardest part wasn’t the busy day — it was that I couldn’t switch off at night.”
So instead of trying to “sleep harder,” she focused on giving her body the same safe signal every night.
She changed 3 small things:
1. Dimmed the lights 30 minutes earlier
2. Phone down 10 minutes earlier
3. Used Tranquil Bliss as a familiar wind-down cue before sleep
The result wasn’t instant perfection.
But within a few nights, she felt something more realistic:
less mental noise, less resistance, and a gentler return to rest.
Sometimes recovery doesn’t come from pushing less.
It comes from repeating the same soft signal until the body trusts it again.
