巴氏量表评估的是需要多少协助，而「优势卡」让照顾回到以人为本。
当长辈被看见、被肯定，每一天都会过得更有尊严、更幸福 🌱

我們習慣用「＃巴氏量表」評估長輩退化，但是否也能記下他們「還能做什麼」？

林宜平的90多歲父親與婆婆，雖年事已高，仍喜歡寫字、閱讀、打扮整潔。她特別幫他們寫下「＃優勢卡」，記錄喜好、能力與需要支持的地方，讓照顧更有方向，也讓長輩感受到：我還是有價值的。

照顧從不是單向付出，而是雙向的理解與連結。
與其只用巴氏量表看退化，不如試著也寫一張「優勢卡」，讓照顧多一點溫柔與方向。
