Last weekend, we switched things up — not Karate, but Tang Soo Do! 🥋🔥

We gave our athletes the chance to step beyond their main discipline and challenge themselves in a new martial art. Because it's not just about being skilled in one style — it's about growing, adapting, and honoring the deeper values behind the art.

Karate or Tang Soo Do — both uphold the same virtue: discipline, respect, and constant self-improvement 💯.
Our athletes did incredibly well, and we couldn’t be prouder.
