在瑜伽世界里待了二十年
接触过各式各样的学生
有的学生柔韧性 (flexibility) 非常好 却没有灵活度 (mobility)
可以随意的进入很深的后弯或前屈 但是“软而不稳”
长期这样练习会增加受伤风险
有的学生灵活度可以 却没有好的柔韧性
导致动作受限 怎么练都好像没办法进步 挫折感满满

简单来说
柔韧性是身体可以“被拉开”的程度
灵活度是身体 “主动控制“的能力
柔韧性提供你进入体式的范围
灵活度让你有力量的 稳定的停留其中
所以瑜伽练习 缺一不可

每次上课时 看着满满的学生
有的需要多练柔韧性 有的需要加强灵活度
我却没办法一个一个的教 真是有点着急

于是 我把我的知识 经验浓缩成两个半小时的
Flexibility x Mobility工作坊
我们会进行一对一的测试
看看你到底是缺了柔韧性 还是灵活度

我不敢说你上完工作坊后 一天之内可以劈腿
但你会知道怎么练劈腿而不受伤
让你的瑜伽练习不只是“做到”
而是“做到且掌控“ 🩷

Gentle Yoga is a great choice for Beginners who doubt they are not flexible or fit enough to do yoga. Gentle Yoga can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age and physical condition.

Gentle yoga is performed at slower pace with less intense positions, including yogic breath work and relaxation.

Modification of yoga poses can always be done to help people of all fitness levels to enjoy the benefits of yoga without putting themselves at risk of injuries.

Sze Yoga's new intake of Prenatal Yoga class (specially designed for pregnant mummy)
is going to commence NEXT SATURDAY!

🧘‍♀️ 11th April 2026
🕘 Saturday 9-10am
🍼 FREE 30 mins breastfeeding education by certified TBAN breastfeeding counsellor
