Anyone else’s seasonal sniffles getting the best of them recently?! I make this Seasonal Sniffles Roller Blend every year. So just a friendly reminder that it’s time to make yours too! 😉
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In a 10ml bottle add:
💧5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Lemon Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
💧5 drops of Copaiba Essential Oil
💧Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil of your choice!
🍃To use: Apply under your nose, on the bridge of your nose, on your neck and on your chest as needed. You can also roll it into the palm of your hands, cup and inhale!

🍦Vanilla Spice: 4 drops Vanilla, 2 drops Cinnamon Bark, 2 drops Clove, 2 drops Tangerine
🍦Creamsicle: 4 drops Vanilla, 3 drops Tangerine, 3 drops Lavender
🍦Cozy Kitchen: 6 drops Lemon, 3 drops Vanilla, 2 drops Rosemary
🥕Carrot Cake: 2 drops each Vanilla, Clove, Lemon, Carrot Seed
🌊Seaside Breeze: 3 drops Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, 3 drops Vanilla, 2 drops Lavender, 1 drop Frankincense

When you’re done cleaning and want to give your house that extra touch, finish it off with our lemongrass room spray DIY. ⁣
⁣
Here’s what you’ll need: ⁣
⁣
🍊 Lemongrass essential oil⁣
⁣
🍊 Orange essential oil ⁣
⁣
🍊 Peppermint essential oil⁣
⁣
🍊 3 ounces distilled water⁣
⁣
🍊 1 ounce witch hazel or rubbing alcohol⁣
⁣
🍊 Spray bottle⁣
⁣
Here’s what you’ll do: ⁣
⁣
🍊Combine 6 drops of Lemongrass, 6 drops of Orange, and 4 drops of Peppermint in the spray bottle. ⁣
⁣
🍊Fill the rest of the spray bottle with distilled water and witch hazel to the mix.⁣
⁣
🍊 Mix bottle well, spray, and enjoy!⁣
