ELDERS HOME PLUS, a flagship of ELDERS HOME was established in 2016, aims to provide a holistic eldercare and nursing services, particularly to address the needs of senior patients who require post-operative care, post-stroke care, palliative care, rehabilitative care or daily assisted living. ELDERS HOME PLUS is the ideal place to recuperate as our professional team members are working round the clock to help residents to relief discomfort, providing psycho-social support and helping them with day-to-day activities. Once they are fully recovered, the residents may choose to stay on or request to be transferred to ELDERS HOME, a perfect choice for retirement.
