Qualification
✅Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Exercise & Sport Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)
I have interest in how the human body moves, heals, and adapts through exercise. Over time, I’ve trained in exercise physiology, sport massage, strengthening & conditioning, exercise group classes, and sports performance enhancement.
I enjoy working with both active individuals and everyday clients who want to move better, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies.
I apply principles of
✅exercise physiology, focusing on how the body adapts physiologically to structured and progressive exercise to improve function and quality of life.
I prioritising ✅muscle strengthening as the foundation of movement, ✅as adequate muscular strength and endurance are essential for joint support, movement efficiency, and daily task performance.
Exercise interventions are prescribed based on individual capacity and progressed to promote ✅safe physiological adaptation.
This approach aims to
✅build functional strength and endurance
✅enhance movement capacity, and support long-term independence
✅improving overall quality of life through regular movement.
✅Targeted sport massage
-reduce muscle soreness, boost circulation, and prepare muscles for better/ peak performance.
