☯️Unlock Your Inner Balance: the Yin–Yang Front–Back Body Series in Penang | Day 1
We began with diaphragmatic breathing, starting from anatomy, then moving into massage and hands-on work. Slowly, we could feel the diaphragm begin to move. It was truly amazing.
We then stepped into the world of the Ren and Du meridians which’s understanding their pathways and benefits, and learning how to activate them through movement and self-touch.
To end the day, we practiced meridian scanning. I could see the students gradually developing hand sensitivity and also enjoying being scanned. We could feel the current, the flow of Qi, moving through the body.
And a special shout-out to the vegetarian lunch that nourished us all.
