How to create consistency? Do what you actually WANT to do 🙌🏻

I do not workout everyday nor eat rabbit food and I enjoy my lifestyle, hope you let it sink in that making positive changes doesn’t mean you need to give up your food & lifestyle! Most just haven’t found the way to tip the right balance..If it works for me, it can work for you 🤩

I was an ordinary petite girl who used to eat crappy junk food & did ZERO workout my whole life 😳 Only to starve myself or skip meals for occasion but they never worked. Due to my poor nutrition & lifestyle habits, at the age of 22 I was falling sick regularly and couldn’t climb a flight of stairs without gasping for air. If that’s you, you’re not alone 🤣

You don’t have to run 5km if you don’t like running, you don’t have to wake up 5am for exercise if you’re not a morning person; because guess what, they may stick for a week or a month because you’re suddenly pumped for some reasons, but what works best for long term sustainability is work around your schedule and lifestyle realistically which become your habits ❤️

We started since 2015..and we used to be “10 Days Challenge”, it then evolved to “10 Day Lean & Tone Project” and the latter alone has reached 100th season milestone!

In conjunction with this special occasion, we want to celebrate by collaborating with Kenchara Soup Kitchen.

The more you lose, the more we are giving back to the community. Together we can make the community healthier and happier. No one goes to bed with hungry stomach!

Are you in the right environment & community that supports you to where you wanna be?

👇 Nicole's story:
I believe every ladies want to look good and fit no matter in any stage of the life cycle that we are including myself. 💃🏼

I've been struggling with losing weight and toning up since years back and especially after giving birth. I have tried to eat less and go to the gym center every day, but the result always unachievable. I felt that my metabolism level has dropped, my energy level was always low, having constipation, and my tummy was always bloated until people think I'm pregnant with 2nd baby. I was so embarrassed and used to avoid sleeveless & slim fit dress codes to cover the imperfections.

I'm lucky to connect back with my coach Hooi Li where she was an intern in the same company with me many years ago. The transformation story and the community supports that posted on social media are impressive and inspiring. She introduced me to the fit club community with a stress-free, inspirational & strong encouragement environment.

Long story short, I embarked on my wellness journey through the Lean & Tone Project and I have lost a total of 5.5kg and 3.5% body fat by learning and adopting the balanced healthy lifestyle concept with 80% Nutrition, 20% Workout & 💯 Mindset. The weight is just a number but I've solved my "BAD friend" constipation problem 💩 by eating more & right. In summary, I able to transform myself to stay healthier, energetic, lighter, and shape up.

I'm still a work in progress for a better version of myself. Let's make the IMPOSSIBLE to POSSIBLE together. 💪🏻
