When asked how to move lymph, my first suggestion is exercising! Then I like to do a lymphatic massage with essential oils.

Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) is one of my go-to essential oils for moving inactive lymph. It is also supportive of balancing oily skin and soothe sore muscle.

The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Our lymph would not function without us moving it. With healthy lymph, our body will be much relaxing and lighter!

Follow the picture and do basic lymphatic massage at home to help lymph move around!👇

Bergamot Essential Oil | Happy Italian fruit

Mentioning about essential oil, what comes into your mind?

Bergamot oil made me thought of the English afternoon tea where I sip through the earl grey tea together with the exquisite pastries.

Earl grey tea is a tea blend flavoured with the addition of bergamot oil to give its unique taste.

Bergamot oil has been used widely by perfumery as it can blend well with a large number of perfumery raw material and can be found in many male and female perfume. It finds its use in male fine perfume, and the classic is 💧 “Cool Water” (Davidoff 1988) and also CK One (Calvin Klein 1994) a unisex perfume.

🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
Florihana Bergamot Bergapten Free essential oil is cold pressed from the zests of the fruits that cultivated organically in . It has its bergapten removed as being furocoumarin free i.e it is non-phototoxic and perfectly to use topically under sun.
Contrary to other citrus oils like lemon or sweet orange, Bergamot has a fresh citrusy scent rounded with flowery note thanks to its biochemical composition which is rich in linalool & linalyl acetate (similar to our favourite lavender vera) These chemical compositions are what make it sweet and floral. Having at least 20% of “linalyl acetate” in the biochemical profile, it makes bergamot a good choice for sleep and to soothe anxiety.

Bergamot Bergapten free is the best choice to be used topically (skin application). Its main function includes:

On [Mind] : cools anger, provides love energy, calm down frustration and relieves anxiety.

On [Body]: Antiseptic, analgesic & antispasmodic which especially good for relieving indigestion, soothe cold symptoms, and promotes good sleep.

On [Skin]: Antibacterial & antiseptic which especially good for calming acne, balance sebum secretion, soothe eczema, and support healthy scalp especially on flaky one.

Being a balancer that helps to “balance” & “adjust”, if you found yourself falling back on unproductive habits, which is perfectly normal during this stressful time, bergamot is here to help you to break those habits, as you will be able to express your emotions in full intensity, being saddened to .

Invest on a bergamot to help you to get through this stressful time, we need the encouragement to do the things we need to do.

So many reasons to dilute oils when apply them topically on skin!

When we say about dilution, there's a math to calculate it to dilute , and not as you like.

Quoted from Tisserand Institute, "the most common adverse reaction, experienced by hundreds, possibly thousands of people every year, is a skin reaction, and the most common cause is using an undiluted essential oil".
