The concept continued to drive meaningful conversations at last week’s PERDIM Medical Event & 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM), led by our team member, Jason Lam, as an invited speaker.

During the session, the discussion moved beyond exosome hype into clinical thinking, as Jason unpacked how the 5C framework guides 𝗲𝘅𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 and serves as a practical decision-making lens in an increasingly complex biologics landscape.

Last week, on 04 December 2025, we were delighted to host the 𝗖𝘆𝘁𝗼𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲-𝗗𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 at our headquarters in Petaling Jaya. The event focused on freeze-drying (lyophilization) technology and closed systems for ensuring long-term stability in cell culture bioprocessing.

The session began with opening remarks from our CEO, Dr. Liyin, followed by in-depth, expert-led presentations from our invited trainers, Ms. Nandini, the Product Manager (SEATw) at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Mr. Timothy Yap, the Commercial Sales Manager at ESCO Lifesciences (Esco Malaysia), as well as a technical demonstration by our Project Manager, Ts. Benson Koh.

While the session covered a variety of skills and insights, the key takeaway was the power of learning through collaboration and shared expertise. We’re proud to contribute to initiatives that empower teams and strengthen professional capabilities.

A warm welcome to Dr. Hasnul Hayat Sofaruddin and Dr. Siti Norsalwa binti Azmi from the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (𝗠𝗛𝗧𝗖) to our headquarters on 31 October 2025.

It was a meaningful knowledge-sharing session, led by Dr. Daniel Looi, CSO of CytoHealth, focusing on 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and covering key areas such as manufacturing, clinical research, and regulations. CytoHealth was proud to be part of the 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗷𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 (𝗙𝗢𝗜) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 as an exhibitor, held from 4th to 8th November, at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC).

At the Health Science innovation showcase, we featured 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵®—a breakthrough 3D tissue-engineered skin substitute designed to accelerate full-thickness wound recovery and scar-free healing. Developed through a collaboration between CytoHealth, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and the Institute for Medical Research (IMR), ColPatch® exemplifies how scientific partnership turns visionary ideas into real-world impact.

Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) - the prestigious FOI 2025 was graced by Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah and was officiated by YAB Dato' Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia. The inspiring exchanges brought together brilliant minds, visionary ideas, and impactful innovations.
