We joined Hyrox training at last October to learn technique, form and understand the movement demands — not to do physio, but to experience it ourselves to understand our athlete better🏃♀️
Our aim is to optimize a person’s range of movement and function whilst at the same time reducing pain and preventing reoccurrence.
