👩‍👧As the saying goes, health is wealth. And that's exactly what Jessie and Madam Cheng, her mum prioritizes; their health!

It shows too as both ladies are mobile, strong, and confident with their abilities. That said, thank you for the trusting me with your health and fitness journey, ladies!

🤔 Now the question to you is, how 'wealthy' are right now? Or even 20-30 years from now? Does your current lifestyle set you up for future wealth or does it take from it?

If it doesn't, plan ahead to prevent pitfalls, but more importantly, take control of your life right now because you only have one.

🧎🏻‍♀️Are you ready to return to our in-person coaching sessions on October 1 (Friday) yet? Mindy definitely is because she has started by herself already!

If you're wondering what you can do to make your comeback smoother, here are a few tips:

1️⃣ Start dialing back your daily sleep schedule by 30 minute blocks, especially if train in the morning. Now is the time to reinstill good sleep habits, not a day before your return.

2️⃣ Gradually reintroduce light-intensity exercises if you haven't been moving consistently during your break. Take a daily 15-20 minute walk or perform 2-3 bodyweight training session before hitting the gym again. Do this to prevent gassing out when you get back.

3️⃣ Stretch our your tight areas daily for 15-30 seconds, that's five deep breaths. You don't want to come back with only half of your mobility, feeling uncomfortable during your entire session.

If you can't hit all of them, no worries. Just pick one that's important to you and stick to it for the upcoming week. Have fun rediscovering yourself and I'll see you real soon! Until then, stay safe and mindful.

💡Sustainability > Intensity. Do you agree with this?

Personally, I recommend this method of goal setting and acquisition because you get to lay the foundational mindset of gradual progression.

🙆🏻 This means you accept the fact that there will be ups and downs, which you will take it upon yourself to scale the intensity up and down respectively. A steady pace leads to a steady mind.

If you're on the other side of the spectrum, where you go balls to the walls when chasing your goal(s), you may find massive success in things, but you may also fall off at some point due to fatigue. It's not wrong, but it's not for everyone.

📌 Regardless of your preference, I hope this gives your PERSPECTIVE on the different ways to achieve your goals; be it weight loss, lean muscle gain, performance, relationships, finances, you name it.

🔊Sound On🔊 Even when our members are resistance training, they talk about their Standard Chartered marathons. 😂 While has her head down and laser-like focus on, putting in that consistent effort!

One thing that these productive people have in common is that they adopt a lifestyle whereby health and fitness is a constant. It's INTEGRATED into their lives. This right here is the key to making sustainable fitness progress.

It's not a quick fix, not a life hack, not a 10-Minute Magic Ab Workout, but this ➡️ Having a lifestyle where fitness is ONE of your priorities...because all of us have responsibilities and lives to live, but only one body to get us through it.

📌 To sum it up, invest a little time in yourself to get more time back. It's like an index fund, but for your health, fitness, and lifespan.
