When we talk about Diastasis Recti or postpartum recovery, we often get stuck on the aesthetics. But your core is so much more than “abs.” It is your center of gravity.

We spend so much time trying to “work on” ourselves that we forget to actually inhabit ourselves.
If you’re doing the exercises, the journaling, and the breathwork but still feel stuck, ask yourself: Am I actually here? When we spend months (or years) in survival mode, we get really good at checking out. We move our bodies, but we don’t feel them. We want the results, but we’re afraid of the stillness.
But your body isn’t a problem to be solved or a gap to be closed. It’s a conversation. And you can’t hear what it’s trying to tell you if you’re already halfway out the door.
Before the “fixing” comes the feeling. Before the correction comes the connection.
Take a moment today to just be in your skin. No goals. No fixes. Just a homecoming.

I hear this from so many mamas.
Here is the truth: It’s likely not fat. It’s pressure.
When the tissue between your abdominal muscles thins (Diastasis Recti), your internal organs don’t have the support they need. Traditional exercises like crunches or planks actually create more internal pressure, forcing that tissue to bulge outward.

Our Story

Lengzie's yoga journey began as she began to feel the transformation that yoga has in her life. She felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others and eagerly continued her journey by completing YTT 200 hours . Subsequently she enrolled into more courses,such as Prenatal/ Postnatal yoga and Pranayama, Meditation and Healing pose. She feels priviledged to be able to teach yoga to introduce yoga in the hope that they might find some sense of healing and empowerment .

The benefits of yoga has been widely known and it benefits women during all stages of their life including prenatal and postnatal period. The satisfaction and happiness of seeing the mother connects to the child, at the same time benefits from the physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation along with the transformations they make within themselves truly brings joy to her. She is also proud that they are able to express their transformation into positivity in their lives. She look forward to share with you the Yoga knowledge and create a space of sharing, caring and love.

She would like every women to be healthy and happy, hence there are more new treatment and massages that are offered to maintain overall wellbeing.
