In my decade-long career as a consultant and coach, I've listened to many stories from my clients and students. It's common to hear this tendency to blame the past self for things they should have done or not. They carry this blame for years, weighing the future self with guilt over things the past self has yet learned.

It is important to acknowledge that their past self did what was best in their capability at the time, and over the years have grown from those lessons learned.

Don't be so hard on yourself. You did your best then. Today, you do better.

Student meet-ups are one of those precious moments that last a lifetime. A moment where we come together to learn from each other, heal together and find new realisation to a better self.

It's always great to meet and get to know them in person a little more.

I am so grateful and thankful some of you can make it. Some cut their Raya holiday short, and some made changes to their plans, while some travelled across states and country to be here.

It is a privilege for me, and a dream come true. The most joy I felt was when they came just to let me know how much they've grown, and how much more happier and aware they are towards their life and what they want in life.

If you would like to be a part of this community to grow and gain clarity, connect with us at the link in comments to take the first step in.

Thank you.

All that has happened to you – experiences, events, challenges, frenemies – is meant for you.

For you to grow.
For you to be a better version of yourself.
For you to be wiser.
For you to understand yourself better.

They are telling you that you are out of alignment with your best life. So they are trying to smack you back in line towards a better life.

Most importantly, they are to equip you with the best skillsets and tools to live and hold your best life!

My mentor Ken Honda is featured in the upcoming show called The Pillars of Power: The Hidden Secret Behind Achieving Greatness, set to be aired on all major streaming platforms.

I am honoured to attend the private celebration and premiere to preview this transformational documentary in Kyoto!!!

Ken-san has been a great inspiration, great healer and mentor to me over the years. Last year, he gave me a shout-out I didn't expect. 🫶🏼

The Pillars of Power features world top leaders like Dr John Demartini, Marie Diamond, Sonya Choquette, and Jack Canfield. It was directed by Moe Rock and Dawna Campbell.

This film celebrates the 20th anniversary of “The Secret”. It features all original casts and more – the most top leaders featured in one film by far! This movie is inspirational and highly relatable to all who wishes to achieve greatness and live well in life.

The 20-minute preview highlights the law of synchoronicity, the importance energy, self care, and personal growth being crucial investments to achieve greatness.

I can't wait to watch the full 100-minute film, especially after listening to Ken-san and Dawna talked about how the leaders came together and how it was filmed.

Mark your calendars to tune in on all major streaming platforms in June 2026!

It is easy to shift responsibility. It's convenient, and you do not have to deal with mistakes.

But every repetition of this strengthens self-doubt!

Blame can go two ways:
Blaming others for the things they do to you, or
blaming yourself for the things you do to yourself.

Blaming yourself is a self-sabotaging trait.

What happens is...
Instead of rectification, you delay by complaining and beating yourself up over the issue.

Instead of looking at the good, you look at how victimised you were.

Instead of improving, you drown in self-pity.

And the cycle goes on until you learn to break the pattern.

I've worked with my students to be more self-aware and to learn how to uplift themselves from this toxic cycle.

When they can finally see their self-inflicted damage, they are able to stop being frustrated at themselves and with others. From there, they can finally take charge in tranforming their life.

Learn to see past the mistakes, so you can finally lift the burden of your regrets.

Gain the wisdom to see how they have made you stronger and better.

Over the years, I've witnessed how students evolved from lightbulb moments during my 2-day Masterclass to where they are today. A life transformation journey, that brought a realisation and clarity to long-running, gut-wrenching regrets and sadness.

The moment their eyes widened with realisation and awareness... they understood, and hope returns.

I love the claw machines in Japan. 100 yen per play! They are so fun, and it's so exciting! Wondering when i would capture my prize. 🤩

I captured it and it slipped away...
I captured it and it slipped away again! 😱
The rollercoaster ride of emotions was so fun and exciting.

This feels so similar to what we go through in life.

If we fail and keep trying, we may waste more time and money... or we may just inch nearer to the goal!

If we keep trying without strategy, we are definately wasting time and money. Not forgetting the frustration that it may cost you. Knowing how to be flexible and have the willingness to try various strategies may get you there sooner.

We often struggle to solve problems and challenges because we are doing the same action over and over again, while expecting a different outcome.

So let’s adjust, be strategic and flexible to figure out other ways to channel our efforts. We need genuine curiosity, excitement and support to do well in each attempt.

This claw machine Miffy took 5 attempts before I secured the prize. I had people around me, helping to come up with other ways to win the prize and cheering me on. Plenty of good vibes and good people around 🫶🏼

The collaborative Big Win was truly the sense of joy for me. 🙌🏼 The cherry on top, or should I say bunny on top? 🐰 When i gave this Joy to a good friend. It is more than just a toy. It is a gift of effort, joy, excitement, love and appreciation in a bunny.

🎱 Anyone a claw machine fan here?
