Kita menghabiskan 1/3 dari seluruh kehidupan untuk tidur. Oleh itu, sangat penting untuk memastikan persekitaran tempat tidur bersih terutamanya BANTAL.

Bantal sebenarnya ada sisa sel kulit, air liur , kelumumur dan pelbagai jenis bakteria dan kulat. Sel kulit yang tertinggal dibantal adalah makanan hama dan kutu kecil 😱

Selepas makan, kutu dan hama ini akan meninggalkan najis. Sisa tinggalan hama inilah yang akan menyebabkan gejala alahan seperti selsema, batuk dan bersin.

Sebab itu sarung bantal sepatutnya perlu ditukar setiap 1-2 minggu sekali dan perlu dibasuh (jika boleh basuh) setiap 6 bulan.

Jemur bantal dibawah cahaya matahari panas juga berkesan untuk membunuh segala bakteria dan membuat hama yang bersarang lari. Bau bantal juga akan lebih segar selepas ia dijemur seharian.

Owh ya, jika anda ada masalah jerawat.. sarung bantal perlu ditukar lebih kerap. Ia akan akibatkan outbreak jerawat yang lebih serius jika anda terus menggunakan sarung bantal yang sama.

Admin tak berani untuk minta anda untuk membuang bantal busuk atau melarang penggunaan bantal busuk... cuma pastikan ianya BERSIH dan santiasa di ganti sarungnya 😅😅
