โข1 bunch watercress
โข1 cucumber
โข1 turnip
โข3 large carrots
โข1 clove garlic
โข1 lemon

Place all the above ingredients in a juicer, blend it and serve! If you donโt have a juicer, you can put these items in a blender, then separate the juice and pulp using a strainer.
