A client messaged me the other day, looking a little overwhelmed. She pointed to this set and asked, "I know I need to relax, but what exactly do these oils do? And how do I mix them?"
It’s a great question. When we see bottles lined up, we sometimes forget the magic inside them. I told her to think of this trio as a "Mind Detox" kit.

Here is the story of these three healers:
🍊 Mandarin Green (The Happy Uplifter)
Unlike the sweet Red Mandarin, the Green variety is zesty and vibrant. Think of it as that spark of joy when you peel a fresh citrus fruit. It is wonderful for soothing a racing heart and lifting heavy emotions. I often recommend it for calming down "busy" energy in the evening without making you feel sleepy immediately—just happy and light.

🪵 Palo Santo (The Sacred Cleanser)
Also known as "Holy Wood," this is a deep, spiritual oil. Traditionally used to clear negative energy from a space, in aromatherapy, we use it to ground the soul. If you’ve had a day where you feel drained by other people's energy or stressful environments, this is your shield. It helps you return to yourself.

🌿 Petitgrain (The Balancer)
Distilled from the leaves and blosoms, this is what I call the "switch off" oil. It has a fresh, woody scent that is incredibly stabilizing for the nervous system. If your brain won't stop making to-do lists when you're trying to rest, Petitgrain is your best friend.

✨ How to use them in your Ceramic Diffuser:
You don't need to overcomplicate it. This ceramic diffuser heats gently, preserving the delicate scent profile.

My favorite "Evening Reset" Recipe:
⭐️ 3 drops Mandarin Green (to bring joy)
⭐️ 2 drops Petitgrain (to quiet the mind)
⭐️ 1 drop Palo Santo (to ground and clear the space)
Just add oils in, and let the warmth do the work. It smells like a walk through a citrus grove in a quiet, ancient forest. 🌲🍊

A Weekend of Awakening🥰

I’ve just spent the last 3 incredible days immersed in the art of Marma Therapy, surrounded by 30 beautiful souls.
🙏We were honored to learn from the amazing Teacher Marek, who traveled all the way from England, and the wonderful Teacher Feli from Oshadhi Malaysia.
For me, this wasn’t just a training course; it was a total awakening of my senses. 🌿 I felt my intuition sharpen in a way I haven’t experienced before, allowing me to truly feel the energy flowing through my body. It taught me that healing doesn’t always need force. Marma is a gentle touch, but it is undeniably powerful.
As an aromatherapist, I am always looking for ways to deepen the healing experience for you. I cannot wait to integrate this profound energy work into my treatments at Moonsaroma.

自小就很喜欢山水花草树木。也不出奇我会走上芳香疗法这个领域。当自己慢慢投入这个领域之后，发现原来大自然在滋养人类。我们是万物之灵，有责任与能力保护这些生灵。

Since childhood, I like mountains, trees and natural. Not surprisingly, I will embark on the field of aromatherapy. After slowly occupying this field, I discovered that nature is nourishing humans. We are the spirit of all things, we have the responsibility and ability to protect these creatures too.

去了北京卿芳堂学芳香疗法。很多人问，马来西亚没有得学吗？是有啊，可是我就是想要享受一下当留学生的感觉，就跑去国外学习啦。目前还在进修更高层次的课程。

I went to Beijing for aromatherapy study. Many people did ask me, "Does Malaysia have this kind of study to learn?" My answer is "Yes" , but I just want to enjoy the feeling of being an international student, and I can study abroad. Currently I am studying a higher level course.
