Dear parents, heads up! ⚠️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Not all cases of intussusception show the “classic” signs like diarrhea 💩, abdominal pain 🤕, vomiting 🤮, or the infamous currant jelly stool 🍓.

A recent case involved a 2-year-old boy 👦 who came to us with only vomiting and mild abdominal discomfort for one day — no diarrhea or unusual stool.

Here’s the important clue: his vomit was yellowish to green (bilious) 💛💚, which can indicate a small bowel blockage.

An urgent ultrasound confirmed intussusception, showing the classic “doughnut sign” 🍩.

This case is a reminder that the type and color of your child’s vomit can provide important clues 👀. Always pay attention and seek medical care promptly 🏥 if something seems off.

亲爱的家长们，请注意！⚠️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
并非所有肠套叠的病例都会出现“典型”症状，比如腹泻 💩、腹痛 🤕、呕吐 🤮 或著名的 “红果酱样大便”🍓。
最近我们接诊了一名 2 岁男孩 👦，他只出现了呕吐和轻微腹部不适，持续一天，没有腹泻，也没有异常大便。
**关键提示：**他的呕吐物呈 黄色到绿色（胆汁性）💛💚，这可能是 小肠梗阻的信号。
紧急 超声检查证实了肠套叠，显示出经典的 “甜甜圈征”🍩。
这个案例提醒我们，孩子呕吐的类型和颜色可能提供重要线索 👀。
