Our theme is Autism Awareness – because every potjie, like every person, has its own unique flavour and story. Let’s celebrate diversity, inclusion, and community spirit together.

We are so excited to announce our first independent launch as Elpizo Holistic Wellness Services. We had wonderful people that joined us from different companies. By relaxing, taking a minute and breath, we walked out of this mindful training and learned how to relax and slow down our minds, which enable us to manage our stress by being in the present moment without judgement and being more objective towards different situations.
