-They allow your skin to absorb moisturiser better. By removing dead skin cell buildup, any moisturiser applied afterward will soak into the skin more thoroughly.
-They unclog pores and prevent ingrown hairs. By regularly using a body scrub, you’ll unclog your pores, which can prevent razor bumps and ingrown hairs.
-They leave your skin smoother and more even. When dry skin isn’t removed, it makes the skin rough to the touch and has a dull, cracked texture and appearance. By removing the dead, dry cells, you should have smoother and more even skin.

HOW TO USE

-Rinse your skin with warm water.
-Apply the scrub with your fingertips.
-Scrub your hands and feet in a circular motion and move inward.
-Rinse thoroughly using warm water.

-Apply moisturizer. Putting on moisturizer while your skin is still damp will trap in the moisture.

Sleep, they say, is a wonder drug. It supports essential bodily and mental functions and without it neither we nor our clients or ageing family members could function – or even survive. Sleep impacts brain functions such as memory and learning, as well as functions of the body including muscle repair, strengthening the immune system and release of hormones that regulate growth and appetite. Having a poor sleep pattern is linked to an increase in mortality and other health problems such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and mood disorders. Yet for many people – a good night’s sleep can be elusive and hard to obtain.

GUIDELINES TO A BETTER SLEEP HYGIENE:
* Maintain a regular bedtime.
* Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and ni****ne.
* Increase exposure to bright light during the day.
* Avoid exposure to bright light during the night.
* Get regular exercise (preferably in the morning or early afternoon).
* Create opportunities for social stimulation during the day.
* Avoid heavy meals within 2-3 hours of bedtime.
* Avoid large amounts of fluids 2-3 hours before bedtime.
* Create a cool, dark, comfortable, sleep environment.

This face wash combines the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and natural humectant power of honey with the gentle soothing action of rose water.

DIRECTIONS: Pour a small amount of the honey mixture into the palm of your hand, and massage into your face and neck . (Avoid the eyes). Rinse with warm water. Store honey face wash in the refrigerator. Use within 3 weeks.
