Pulse Oximeter in Caregiving

A pulse Oximeter is a handy device that checks your oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate. It is clip onto a finger, toe, or earlobe and uses light to measure oxygen in the blood. SpO2 should be 95-100% at sea level. If it’s lower, it might indicate an issue like COPD, asthma, or COVID-19.
