Practising healthy eating equals healthy living. If you have not started your health and wellness journey yet, this is a good time to start.
For a diabetic patient, that is, someone whose blood sugar is high, its not good to eat bread, at least not too much of it because it contains high levels of carbohydrate that increase blood sugar.
If you absolutely must indulge in bread, 1 or 2 slices is enough no matter what type of bread it is.
Wheat bread, banana, bread, brown bread, coconut bread, etc.
Only 1 or 2 slices per meal.
